1) 2 c Elmer's glue
2) 1 1/2 c water
3) food coloring
4) 1 cup hot water
5) 2 tsp. borax
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a glass bowl. Dissolve borax in hot water (4&5) in a separate bowl. Then add 4 and 5 mixture to first 3 ingredients. Keep stirring till it comes off sides of bowl. Knead with hands. It should not be sticky. Use this recipe to have fun with an object lesson or just have fun. Store in an air tight container in frig (it will keep longer). Make sure bag or container allows for expansion.
