- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 large tomatoes (boiled, skinned and chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 4 can chicken broth (8 cups water w/ 8 bouillons)
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 19oz. pkg. frozen tortellini (I prefer cheese tortellini)
- 1 10oz. bag of fresh spinach
Cook until tortellini is soft.
