Tortellini Soup


  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 large tomatoes (boiled, skinned and chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 4 can chicken broth (8 cups water w/ 8 bouillons)
  • 2 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
Saute garlic with the olive oil add ingredients and boil. Then add:
  • 1 19oz. pkg. frozen tortellini (I prefer cheese tortellini)
  • 1 10oz. bag of fresh spinach

Cook until tortellini is soft.
