- 12 brussel sprouts
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 C. shredded cheese (cheddar)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 C. bread crumbs
Steam fresh brussel sprouts (10-12 min.) until tender then cut in quarters and set aside. Combine eggs, cheese, onion, cream of mushroom and half of the bread crumbs. Add brussel sprouts. Combine other half of bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
