Breadsticks & Pizza Dough

Compliments of: Stacy Geppert
2 Tbsp. dry active yeast
1 cup tipid water
1/4 tsp. sugar

Stir together, then add to the following:

3/4 cup cold milk
2 Tbsp. oil (olive)
3 cups flour (Sometimes we have used up to 5 or 6 cups of flour, until it is the right consistency, but start off with the 3 and add flour as "kneaded")
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. malt (rounded)- we have never used the malt and it still turns out great

Knead 3 minutes in mixer. Roll it out. Let raise 30 minutes. 100 degrees warm oven (we always skip this step for pizza dough). Melt butter & sprinkle with parmesan and parsley (for breadsticks) or add pizza sauce and ingredients. Bake 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
