1 can chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cans white corn
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 cans S&W white beans, liquid and all
2 cups water
2 cans chopped green chiles
2 tsp. cumin
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
Put chicken and all other ingredients into the bouillon water. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes on the stove, or all day in the crock pot. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese, and lime chips (optional).
