Creamy Chicken Chowder

Compliments of: Belinda Craft 3 cups chicken broth
2 cups potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until veggies are tender. Then add the following ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups chicken, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup

Let boil until heated through and cheese is melted.

If you are doubling this recipe, triple all of the first set of ingredients (EXCEPT THE BROTH) and Double all of the second set of ingredients. Only do about 4-5 cups of broth instead of 3 cups.We love eating it in a bread bowl!!!
