chopped Romaine Lettuce
1 cup Carmelized Almonds
Sliced strawberries
To carmelize almonds: heat up 1 cup of almonds in frying pan. Be careful not to burn them. Then slowly add 2 Tbsps. sugar and stir until melted and evenly coated on the almonds. Let cool before adding to salad. You may need to break them apart after they are cooled.
Dressing:
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
