Russian Apricot Chicken

1 cup. apricot jam
1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed

Mix jam, dressing and onion soup mix. Pour over cubed chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Can also cook in a crockpot on low for 6 hours. Serve over rice if desired.
