4 chicken breasts cooked and cut into bite sized pieces or shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 roll of Ritz crackers
1 cube of melted butter
2 Tbsp. of poppy seeds
Spread rice at bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Mix soup, sour cream, and chicken chunks and pour over rice. Mix crackers, butter, poppy seeds and sprinkle over chicken soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
