4-6 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/2 cup flour
2-3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Sauce:
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (plus juice)
2 Tbsps. cornstarch
2 Tbsps. soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cube chicken boullion
Flour chicken and brown in hot oil, salt and pepper. Pour in baking dish and pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice.
