Yorkshire pudding

4 tbsp. butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt

In a 9x13 pan melt the butter until it begins to smoke, but not burn. Then pour the mixture of the remaining ingredients into the pan then cook at 400 degrees in the oven for 20 min.
