Pan-Seared Salmon

salmon
salt & pepper
cardamon-ground
coriander seed-ground
cumin
olive oil

Season both sides of salmon. Heat oil over med/high heat until hot, but not smoking. Place salmon in oil and cover & turn heat to medium and cook for 2 min. After colored, turn salmon over & cook an additional 2 minutes. After it's cooked, it's done and ready to eat.
