Spaghetti Sauce

2 Tbsp Olive oil
Medium onion
garlic cloves
hamburger
salt & pepper
tomato sauce (usually 6 small cans)
cinnamon
nutmeg

Pour olive oil in bottom of pan. Sautee garlic and onion. Add hamburger and brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Add cinnamon (1 shake) and nutmeg (1 pinch) 3 times as much cinnamon as nutmeg.

This tastes best if you can let the flavors simmer for a couple of hours.
